Install the LeaseReady extension

This is the supported browser bridge for StreetEasy imports and approved StreetEasy form submissions. It runs in your own browser session, not from LeaseReady servers.

Chrome, Arc, and Edge

Download the extension folder, load it once, then use it to send visible StreetEasy listings into LeaseReady and dry-run approved outreach.

Install steps

Unzip the download

Double-click leaseready-extension.zip and keep the extracted folder.

Open your extensions page

Chrome: chrome://extensions. Arc: arc://extensions. Edge: edge://extensions.

Turn on "Developer mode"

Enable Developer mode in the top-right corner of the extensions page.

"Load unpacked"

Click Load unpacked and select the extracted extension folder.

Import apartments or dry-run outreach

Open a StreetEasy search or building page and click Send to LeaseReady. For outreach, return to LeaseReady and run dry-run from the Outreach page.

Updating an existing install: open chrome://extensions, find LeaseReady — StreetEasy Capture, click Reload, confirm it shows Version 2.0.12, then refresh LeaseReady. If the version does not update, remove the extension and load the newly downloaded folder.

If Apartments says “extension not detected”: open chrome://extensions, find LeaseReady — StreetEasy Capture, click Reload, then refresh LeaseReady. If it still does not connect, remove the old LeaseReady extension and load the newly downloaded folder again.

Security note: the extension does not ask for your StreetEasy password and does not scrape from LeaseReady servers. It only reads the StreetEasy page you are viewing and opens LeaseReady with the captured listing data.
